We're interested in hearing from people with previous financial services and business-to-business sales experience who might want to join our Sales team in the future, so we can keep in touch and let you know as and when vacancies arise.

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you manage and develop relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities for relevant Defaqto products and services (including ratings, software and consultancy) in order to achieve annual revenue targets.

To be considered, you need a proven track record of b2b sales and key account management, including use of a consultative sales approach and negotiation with procurement departments. You also need a good working knowledge of one or more segments of the UK financial services industry (Banking, General Insurance, Protection Insurance, Pensions & Investments, Funds & DFMs, etc.) , to enable you to quickly build relationships with clients, understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions that provide them with high levels of value.

The role could be home-based, but regular attendance at our office in Haddenham, near Aylesbury, in Buckinghamshire, would be expected. In addition, the role obviously involves frequent nationwide travel to client premises.

We typically offer a basic salary of £35k, plus commission (total OTE=£75k) and a company car/car allowance.
